Not working properly

I bought Nokia 5130 before 3 months. After using 2 months suddenly its software was corrupted and i had install new software due to this my whole data was missed, after that again after 20 days my software is corrupted and i am not able use my phone properly,

so now i want New phone in exchange of this faulty phone
