Sub: The city bus conductor forced me to get down from bus.
Sir,
On date 13th Jan i have caught the city bus no-KA01-F2648 route no. 500 on ring road at mahadevpura. I needed to go to Marathahalli wchich costs 5 Rs, i have given 10 rs note, the conductor rudely asked for change of 10rs, i was not having the change, then he forced me to get down in next stop, that is Nakundi stop.
How can the condoctor force the passenger to get down from bus...??? as if there is no alternatives...
when i asked for his name and details: gladly he has given the name and employee id of himself with his own hand wriiting, as if he does not care any body.
It was very embarassing for me, the duty the KSRTC people do for the public.
The conductor is not preparing to have change of silly 10 rupees.
The bus is for public, and condutor is also appointed for the public service, how unethical, irresponssible job they are doing infront of public.
There is no body to rectify them???
