Arihant Harmony, Flat no 505 - Faulty Parking :
I would like to mention that I have opted for covered parking in stilt for Flat 505 in Arihant Harmony, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Builder is ARIHANT BUILD CON (P) LTD. The parking allotted has no ramp for the car to climb at the location of parking. This problem is not being attended by Arihant Buildcon for a long period even after repeated requests. I was shocked by the reply this time when I was reminding to Mr Vipul Agrawal on 09 May 09. As per his abrupt & harsh reply, manhole covers are coming in
front of my 505 covered parking and only steel frame can be put and nothing else will be done. I contacted Mr kaushik Kain and Rajiv Jain (Director) and explained the problem. But no action has been taken so far. They are also not replying to e-mails.
As you know that anybody can remove Iron frame ramp type of temporary arrangement any
time and will cause problems while parking the car. May be due to this, car parked at some other place will further cause problem to other residents of Arihant Harmony. Also steel frame is not good for car tires. I want to have permanent concrete ramp as provided in other car parkings.
It may be noted that why should we compromise on quality when we have paid full amount for the covered parking and also why only me to suffer. Builder could have routed the drain line slightly away
to avoid this situation.
As requested to Builder, they may change the Parking to other suitable location in case of problem for ramp construction.
OR
Alternatively change the parking from covered to 'open' with refund of difference of cost.
