I went to Big K yesterday to buy an ironing board cover but there were good stuffs that attracted our attention so we end up buying things that were essentials but not on our list. Anyway I was satisfied with our purchases.
The chair pads were priced at $9.99 for a set, but at checked out they charged me $12.99, I showed it to the cashier but she did not make the corrections. I asked her one more time and she said it was already done. I believed her but when I was about to load my purchases I checked my receipt one more time and found out no corrections were made. So I went back to the costumer service. It took me 5 minutes to wait and they made the correction. They gave me a change of $3.15. I feel happy after that but was not so happy with the cashier.
Overall my experience was no big deal but next time maybe it will be a little better. Thank you for your time
