Sun Infotech, 217, Vivekananda Road, Maniktala Police Station, Kolkata - 700006, sent Dipak Das (93393-11029), a computer technician, to repair computer VDU, Dipak Das cleaned computer chip pin, took Rs.300, refused to give money receipt, Dipak Das, the technician, said he can increase computer RAM by 1GB & the buyer need not pay any service charge for fixing the 1 GB RAM, but need to pay the RAM price only, Dipak Das raised a Service Bill numbered 302 dated 6th Feb of Rs.1820 stating 1 GB RAM DDR2 1 piece Rs.1750, plus Rs.70, totaling Rs.1820. Dipak Das took advance of Rs.1000 on the SERVICE BILL, & Dipak Das signed as receipt without using carbon paper for office record as money collected, Dipak Das fixed CONQUR 1GB DDR2 PC 667 RAM with MRP of Rs.796, plus 4% VAT of Viscotex Marketing Pvt Ltd, F-3, Chirag Industrial Complex, Somnath Road, Dabhel Daman (UT) 396210, then again Dipak Das has taken Rs.820, without using carbon paper, avoiding office record as money collected, signing on that service bill & signed receipt.
Ensure Dipak Das, Sun Infotech, returns to holder of service bill, Rs. 992.16, which Dipak Das has illegally collected. Stop illegal practices of Sun Infotech is running from ground floor, 217, Vivekananda Road, Kolkata 700006, near blood bank, Vivekananda Road 700006, issuing service bill showing address as 220, Vivekananda Road, Calcutta 700006, phone number 98302-47723. They are selling at (Rs. 992.16) 121% higher price & violating VAT rules. The owner & employees claims Mr. Arijit Sen is the owner. Motorbike number WB 01 25622 is used by Arijit Sen. The technician Mr. Dipak Das (93393-11029) is not giving money receipt of Rs.300, They must give RAM guarantee card to buyer, which they have not given to buyer. Arijit Sen has refused to return twice extra amount Dipak Das has taken. Dipak Das has collected Rs.1820 through the service bill.
The calculation of Rs.1820 is illegal & not permitted. Maximum retail price is Rs.796, plus 4% VAT of Rs. 31.84, totaling Rs. 827.84, they cannot charge Rs. 70.00 VAT, they have taken Rs.38.16 extra as VAT, which is illegal, and they must return Rs. 992.16. Dipak Das has taken Rs.1820 from buyer in cash. This way they are not maintaining office copy that they have taken Rs.1820. Where is their signboard? It appears they have no bank account, are they maintaining cashbook & office copy of cash receipts? Arijit Sen & Dipak Das have refused to return the extra Rs.992.16, which Dipak Das has taken. Ensure Dipak Das returns Rs.992.16 to holder of service bill stated above.
