A1 land enclosed by civil houses

Dear Sir

A huge chunk of land (supposedly A1 land (land alloted to a military unit for it's trg etc )) enclosed complelely by civil houses is lying in disuse for a long time. There is no military unit in the near vicinity. One of the Army training centre namely AOC Centre is given the responsibilty to protect it from encroachment. The land being in a low level has become a grazing ground for the local buffaloes. The complete area stinks and a unhealthy place as well. The geographical position of the land can not now be altered and hence of no use to the army. It is high time the land is taken over by GHMC, Malkajgiri and developed into a sporting complex for the benefits of children of all ages residing nearby.
