I bought Black Berry Pear last in October & from that day i am facing hell lot of problems in my hand set & i think the balck berry has robed me.

History:
1. After one week from purchase date i faced some software problem of its camera. After switching on the camera my Phone's screen use to become black and blank. The only option to come out of this situation was to pull out the battery of the hand set to restart it. I sent it to repair & got my set back in 02 weeks after repairs.
2. After that awful Incident i did not use this phone till last month after my Nokia E-90 got stolen. After a week of usage again i faced a new problem in my Phone. Its software like "Calendar" use to get open by itself again and again. Then the second time i sent it for repairs to the same dealer & he gave my set back in 02 weeks he also charged me for Software reloading & stuff.
Current situation:
3. Now for the third time, after using the set for 3-4 days it has a new problem. The SMS software get opens by itself & starts sending reply message to the inbox messages.
4. Battery is so very poor that it doesn't last for 8-10 hours (talk time 30-45 minutes max).
My lot of time & money has been wasted on this stupid phone & till now it is not in a good working condition. And the set is still good as new in outer looks as it has been only used for 20-30 odd days from the date to purchase (i.e. 01 year).
I am looking for a prompt response & support from the Blackberry team. And as the phone was defected from the day one i demand the replacement of my phone with a new & genuine hand set.
Today, i regret the day i bought a set of Black Berry. And if right action is not taken then i will advice my friends & colleges that they must not go for these Black Berry's phones. I will also take legal help on the same and will not give a second thought before leaving blogs for the same on the personal networking sites.
I am a customer & i have all rights to receive the right product for which i have paid my hard earned money.
