Is it a fake comp.?

I got acall from array technology..they told that they have branch in London, USA, Australia n Indiabut there web site has created not more than 2 years.it means this comp. is not more than 2 year old... in this very short time how they open so many branches where there is a recession period of IT all over... so can any body suggest me about this company
