Dear Sir,
We have received a letter from your Advocates Shiva & Rawley on 16/07/09 in connection with 8042064229 to pay an outstanding amount Rs.2024/-. We have paid to Airtel Rs.2024 by cheque # 786360 dated 16/07/09 & cancell the phone 08042064229.
Today we have received a new bill A/c No.08042064229 dated 18/08/09 for Rs.606/- due date is 07/09/09.
In this connection we called 121 and spoke to customer care - Ms. Sarala at 12.50pm on 22/08/09 we have discussed this issue atleast 10 minutes. She told me to wait online to give me Request # but she abruptly disconnected our line.
We called Customer care again & spoke to Mr. Simon. V on 121 & repeated the same thing over & over, he also told me to wait online & abruptly disconnected our phone.
This is not the way to speak to the customer, our problem is not solved yet. Refuse to give Request # . Who should we call to complain in connection with the above phone to cancell it immediately. This has been done already & we are getting the bill again.
We request you to solve this problem once for all.
