As on today, (18/05) I (SUDESHNA DAS) did not receive my ARS bond certificates although they have matured on 01/04.
Instead, I received a letter from UTI - Tech Service Ltd, Mumbai stating that all the mail sent to me has been returned undelivered to UTI.
The reference mentioned in that letter is given below--

I wrote to you about a month back (by post) about this, citing these information, but no reply was received. Moreover I sent e mail to tou requisting you to mention my father`s name in the address without which postal mail is unlikely to be delivered to me again. Incidently, in the original UTI-CGGF 1986 which later got converted to ARS bonds (undelivered), my father`s name (Dr PANKAJ KUMAR DAS) was mentioned in the addressed. Just because it was omitted from the adderss in all latter communication from you, the ARS bonds failed to reach me.
Please send the matured amount along wiyh other bonus, if any, to me at the following address --
