Long time pf amount not given to me

My Pf A/c No. is kn/bn/19600/4520. Previously I worked with Arvind Brands Ltd. I already send a pf withdrawal form with Complete deatils. since last 2 years i am wailting for Pf Amount. Company People told me that they complete the all formalities and procedure for PF. But still i dont' know about the status of Pf amount. So I request to you that please do needfull for that amount and my pf amount given to me as soon as possible.
