Sir, I am Ashok Suryabhan Kohak, holding an account in PNB Bank, B B CANTT Srinagar, with Account No: 3965000400130441. I had withdrawn RS. 25, 000/- from Axis Bank, Ahamed Nagar Where ATM is Situated. On 06 Jun. The amount was deducted my account but only RS. 11, 000/- cash coming from ATM, Remaining RS. 14, 000/- not received in cash. I had complaint the same in Bank's customer care but he intimate to me give this complaint to PNB Bank. I had complaint to my PNB bank, BB Cantt Srinagar that holding my account, but bank manager not take action & ruff talking about I have made transaction to other bank ATM.

Same type of problem faced on 09 Jun I had withdraw rupees 400/- from Indian Overseas Bank, Ahamed Nagar Where ATM is Situated. On 09 Jun. The amount was deducted my account but not received in cash. I had complaint the same in Bank's customer care &. PNB Bank B B Cantt Srinagar. dt. 26 Jun I met Genral Manager too. But No result found till today i.e. 08 Jul. I had not received the amount. Kindly take necessary action to help me in this regards to get my money back in to my account. Tel Me what to do? I am very much disappointed since this is not a small amount and covers a big part of my salary..
