Did't get credit card

Hi,

HDFC BANk,

17 days ago, i have applied for hdfc card.i have given salary slip, copy of debit card, copy of SBI card, copy of pan card and bank statement as a document and also i attend the confirmation call.but i am not getting the credit card. Please check the status and if possible then tell me as soon as possible.
