Aryan Packers Movers, a renowned company for Relocation Services... thats was I was told & so I approached them for the transport of my Bike from Goa to Pune. I hardly knew what was in store for me in the coming days where in I was made to wait endlessly, left with unanswered complaints & phone calls & talk to some disgusting customer resps.
I handed over the Bike to Dolphin Relocation (Mr. Kumar being the Owner) which is the Goa branch of Aryan Movers Packers on a Friday & I was promised that I will get the bike Delivered on Sunday morning under any circumstance citing their history & repetoire. I was also charged extra amount (octroi) for delivering the bike inside the city. I waited till Sunday afternoon & contacted Mr Kumar
only to be told the bike will be delivered "when it arrives in Pune". Till the time you pay them, they are all sweet & well behaved. Everything reverses the moment payment is made. I again comtacted Mr Kumar on his cell & office only to find that he refused to take the call. In the night the truck driver (vijay) calls me to tell that the bike will be delivered the next day as he was on still on the road to pune. I learnt from him that the bike wasn't put on the truck on Saturday as I was told by the company but rather on Sunday morning itself. Monday morning I again contacted them & nobody picked up. Once one guy they told me Mr Kumar was out of Office & he didnt carry his mobile with him... Can u believe this? Despite repeated requests to call me back, nobody approached. Finally monday evening, I contacted their main Office in Delhi & I was told by Mr Anil Kumar that they have sent out "Strict instructions" to get the bike delivered by 9 pm. Nothing happened. On Tuesday, one guy calls me & says Dolphin Relocators have dropped the bike at his shop in Pune, 22 miles outside the city, come & pick up the bike. I asked him if this is the case then why was I charged extra money. He told me to take up the matter with Mr Kumar, who again refused to take any calls. Tuesday passed by. Wednesday again I take up the issue with Delhi office only to find their disgusting & foul-mouthed rep Mrs Bindu making mockery of my case & telling me bike will be delivered before 12. At 12.30 i call up, she tells me it will be delivered by 2pm. Then they stopped taking my calls... I kept calling & then they told me bike will be delivered at 4pm, 6pm, within next half hr, then at 8pm & 10pm... I made 40-50 calls in this whole process. Also they will give you a number everytime to call up on your own, they wont call by themselves. Finally I was totally pissed with all this & I told my brother in Goa to lodge a police compaint. Its only then that they delivered the bike to me on thursday, 5 days past due. If it was not for the police complaint, god knows when I would have got my bike.
I will never in my life return to these people who cannot live upto their claims & also recommend people to stay away.
