Aircel Pending activation past 15 Days

I am Asanmytheen working as System Analyst in a Software company.

I have purchased a Aircel prepaid card (9715330522) from Vimal Xerox

Dealer, Opp spic nagar, Tuticorin

on 09/07. Unfortunatley my card was not yet actvated. Daily i have

talked with the seller and even to

Aircell city but daily they are repeated the same answer thar "it will be

activated tonight". And i have called to

the Aircel cutomercare tollfree number they told me that we have not

recieived the adress proof. But the seller and

AirCell city people comfirmed the receipt of my adress proof and asked me to

wait till night.

Last 15 days i was very much in trouble with out the mobile. The purpose of

the purchasing the cell phone is for communication.

But i was isolated from my family and workplace due ti your irresponsible

activities.
