Member make alteration to the pipelines externally provided by the society

Hello,

The society member staying above us is trying to make alteration in the existing pipeline provided by the society so as to the water enters directly into his tank after making the changes and even if he was asked to make the changes whatever he wants to do to be done internally he is not trying to agree and making nonsense arguments.
