i am panme, i got connection for photon plus high speed internet access in the last week of june, monthly rental of Rs 1100/- and 10GB monthly free usuage but in the 2nd week of july my connection was cut on the ground that i had not paid my bill amounting to RS 5500/-, where as i have used only 3 GB till that time. when i went to inquire at the customer service i was told that a new rule was implemented and that in the first month the usuage is not free. this was not intimidated to me when i got my connection and now they have cut off my connection but sends the monthly bill with added monthly rentals. can i sue the company for hiding or withholding the information? please advise.
