I m an architect based at Chalisgaon Dist. Jalgaon (M.S), and am using hp plotter hp430, since last 6 yrs.
6months ago, i had a prob with this plotter and got its belt replaced, by Accord Comp. Pvt. Ltd, Auranagabad.
Last Month the same prob came and belt was broken again when i was working on it and sent it to the Same to Accord Comp.pvt. ltd. aurangabad (Mr. Sandip Bharuka).
He even didnt talk with me after i sent the plotter to him (he prented to b very busy all the time) anyway, when finally he met me on phone after 10 days, he said my plotter has following probs :
1) its belt broken
2) its gear system has gone
3) its motor has gone
etc etc.
I would like to ask, when my plotter was in working condition, only belt (which broken within 6months - i dont know it was genuine or duplicate), how can it have so many probs at a time???
and the amount required for repairing he told me is Rs.12500/=
how it can b???
I hope he is not doing malpractice in the name of hp, where we pple blindly believe.
when i checked at my office, its power supply also gone, i m doubtful, he might have replaced with faulty power supply.
My requestto u is to pls check the details, if he doing malpractice in the name of hp and cheating the pple like me.
