Sub: Complaints of Ashu Gas Agency at Rajori Garden, New Delhi
Respected Sir,
My Gas Cylinder No. AB. 17976, residence at Shivaji Vihar, our agency name is Ashu Gas Service, Rajori Garden, whenever, we booking the gas to go their no response in their staff, (two female staff) she telling, time is over, come tomorrow etc. very bad, and no one gives response to telephone calls, nobody is taking the telephone 10 am to 5.30 pm, this is general complaint of all customers. All customers are Puzzle. All customers are not satisfied.
Kindly advise the dealer for proper behavior with customers and do not give avertive reply and register bookings immediately on the spot and supply made timely. This is for our request sir.
Note:--If services are there on phone than why no one is not picking the phone
