Transactions fault

Sub. - About 2 faults in my transaction on dated 8/7/09

Sir/Mam,

Most humble and respectfully I beg to say that my name is Rajesh Kumar. My account is in PNB branch of Govindpuram, Ghaziabad. My account no. is 4039000100066962.

On dated 8/7/09, I was used my ATM card for the purpose of payment of Rs.1275, at a retail outlet. But due to link problem that transaction was not fully done and money is not received by that Retailer. But unfortunately that amount has been deducted from my balance. I have also checked the all transaction of that Retailer of that day but my transaction was not mentioned.

Then after, on the same day, I used a Bank of Baroda’s ATM I entered amount of 1000 Rs but I received only 500 Rs only.

Total my (1275 500) Rs i.e. 1775 Rs have been deducted from my account.

"After all now my PNB bank is saying to me that your complain of rs1275 is false"..

Regarding 2 faults I have forward complain on your toll free no.

1. ATM transaction fault complain no. 16630521

2. Faults in “point of selling” complain no. 16630521

I have consulted in my Govindpuram branch but they don’t give any guideline/support regarding this.

Kindly I request to you please help me.
