Channel not receiving

I Have a Asianet Digtal setup box, before we used to get CNN, HBO, TenSports, ZeeStudio, ZeeCafe, POGO.etc... but for the past 3 months I ve not been receiving any of this channel without any notice they have withdrew all these channel, I ve called the operator No. of times and they said it will be fixed shortly but till date nothing has happened and my mode of payment is lumpsum (annually)
