Non receipt of interest Cheque for FY 2009 - 2010

Dear Sir:

I had been receiving every year, 12 post dated cheques covering April - March each year from 2004

regularly. This year I should have received 12 cheques covering the financial year 2009 -10 by now.

kindly expedite, the cheques are being sent to me by LIC, "YOGAKSHEMA' 6TH FLOOR, EAST WING,

JEEVAN BHIMA MARG, MUMBAI 400021 up to last financial year.
