When called up 1800-1030-333 and 020-41004600 the response was very poor, your team working on toll free calls, do not know to explain nor to understand their duties.

I request you to understand your staffs before you send any letter to people, because it is so embarrassing to know that Bajaj Finance’s VICE PRESIDENT’s signature, has no value among his own team.

This complaint is not to hurt anyone. It is to bring the truth out.
