Submission Date (from my company near about): 2-3 month before

Dear sir/madam,

I had submitted my pension form near about 2-3month before but I it's not cleared upto now. My company (Asian Paints Ltd) says that your Pension form send to the the Noida PF office.

My account no is 30738212255, SBI University of Delhi, Delhi-110007.

I am not able to do any thing please help me in this regards.
