Amount not yet credited to my card

Dear Sir/MAdam,

Transaction Dt.19/11 through my HDFCcredit card no. 5176521003307081 for Rs.3125 in favor of Kingfisher Airlines for the Ticket having reservation No. HQAKSF for the passenger namely Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Mir, was supposed to be refunded full in my credit card, as the passenger paid cash to fly in the same flight, as per the directions of the kingfisher airlines staff at the booking counter and also the Kingfisher Airlines gave in written, duly stamped, that the ticket amount will be to be refunded back to the credit card..

But, until now nothing has been refunded in spite of approaching the HDFC Bank & the Bank is saying that the money has not been released until date from the Kingfisher Airlines. And, also I am getting charged for the interest from the HDFC Banf fo rthe same amount since Nov.

So, I request your good self to refund the amount as soon as possible alongwith the interest HDFC Bank has charged since then.
