Extra interest billing on credit card due

Dear sir

this is bsvprasadra rao (sbi credit card no :431757503873918, rajamundary, east odavari, A.P) is one of your customer in u r organization.

I was credited 5000 RS/- on 31-05, but he was colleted on 27-06-08.this amount wouldn't be credit in my july monthy account statement, this amount was be credited on 06-12 in

my account after my correspondings to bank unit.

this is u r's delay, but not mine, but you putting extra penality amount on credit amount for last six months.please reduce/adjust the penality amount in next month statement.

please kindly accept my requistation. I am waiting for quick postive response.
