Deserter of indian navy

Dear sir,

i want to tell around in late 2002 a person named feroz ahmad khan has ran away from indian navy nd has changed his permament address also and still hiding but i have come to knowledge that where he working now has shown that for the period of august1998 to july he was holding a position of assistant manager (oil and energy industry) indian oil corporation limited... but this is not true for this 4 year period he worked in the navy... i have too informed the indian navy and an enquiry commission is going to set up.and for six months he was in mideast pipelines pvt ltd.

so according to right of information act 2005.i want a certified copy from iocl that whether he worked or not, so that i can disclose his fake identity to the world.

these people are stigma to the society.
