Not recived my passport

Dear sir,

i mohammad sarfaraz have applied for my passport on 24/feb haveing file number-A021904 paid in cash of 1000rs/- and i have also gone through police enquary on 04/april/09 but i have not recived my passport till now.

please kindly go through and do me the needful.
