Just on this reference, I had one problem-Which I feel that only you can solve it for us. I have an factory in Raja Industrial Estate-P.K. Road Mulund west. The problem is. that We all industry people get bills only 2 days before the bill’s first due date or some-times on the same date too- which disables us to pay such an huge amount of industry bills on the same day. And so these crooks MSEDC Dept gets an opportunity to add a penalty charges and then ….this way the cycle goes on every month. Above that if we have any query of the bill Amount…then too we do not get time to solve that.. As the bill itself comes on the due Date which leaves us No Choice-but to pay the Bill promptly to Save us getting penalty on that.
Secondly, they have stopped accepting Bills Payment of Industrial bills at any counter of mulund. So we have no choice to pay our Electricity Bills any-where else except near Paanch Rasta (Nr. Kirti Mahal Hotel M.G. Road). Even when we are ready to pay the bills on time –then too why this sort of Harassments. They have even stopped Accepting Industrial Bills at various ATM counters too.
So Now we are left with no choice to accept the bill on the last day…then run to pay the bill on the same day…that too on only one centre of M.G. Road-where a huge line is formed on that last date. As the due dates of all Industrial Bills is common for Mulund. And the worst part is that-They Accept the Residence Bills too on that same counters. I could not understand this in-justice done to us.???
For a Residence customer-There are many bill collection counters in Mulund. But for Industrial Bill Payers-They have left only one option and that is Paanch-Rasta. In that case, they should at least give preference to Industrial Bill Payers at that particular counter of M.G. Road & should not accept any residence bills on that counter on that particular day. But they just enjoy in harassing us & we waste our time, standing in long ques for 2-3 hours & get disgusted & frustruated every month.
I don’t know, When we are ready to pay the bills on time-Then why are We being Harrassed??? They should have one separate counter for payment of Industrial Bills only. And they should divert all residence bill payers to various other centres opened in Mulund for them. But on the contrary-Only One window will be open & the other 2 are closed many a times-which further Increases the density of the queue.
I request you, to look into this matter personally, as there are many many Industries in Mulund & All of them Suffer these problems-But hesitate to initiate for the agitation. I will be grateful to you, on behalf of all our Industrialists people-If you solve this problem at your earliest.
