My Consumer No. is 619952 with Asu Gas Agency. Today 14th sept 09 from morn. 7.45 a.m i called Mangal gas service as i was not able to remove my regulator from the cylinder that had got over. They said their service for emergency was avaliable till 7.30a.m and that i should call the dealer's off. From 7.45a.m. to 8.30a.m no one was avaliable to pick up the call at the Asu Gas Agency and they said their off. timings were from 8.30a.m. I appreciate that the moment I gave the complaint the mechanic was at my residence within an hour. BUT I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THAT FROM 7.30a.m to 8.30a.m which was wasted and in emergency whom should I contact.
