ATM
Transcation Cancle still money devited form my A/c No.55090367339, ATM Card NO.6038455016200014587

Sir,

On 10Th of August I used many ATM to

withdraw money in between 19.54 to 20.46 but all in vain I was unable

to withdraw from my A/c still money debited from my A/c the ATM I

used are as follows

Punjab National bank BHEL ATM

ID D1107400

State Bank Of India Ranipur ATM

ID S1AC00058601

Indian Bank ATM ID S1AH0321

Punjab National bank Ahmedpur ATM

ID D1149600

the amount debited from my A/c is

Rs.3000 Rs.3000 Rs.500.

The total amount is Rs. 6500/=. It

is very unfortunate that without receiving cash from ATM, Entire

money is debeted from my account.

Please Reverse this debit entry

immediately as I need money urgently.
