Very bad service

Icici bank is a very bad company this company is operating through phone they give their policy also through phone only. i have taken a policy after they torture me on phone every day they use to call me sir take the policy they told me if you don't like the policy you can cancle the policy but the don't tell that only in 15 days you can cancle the policy after taken the policy they they start deducting the amount from my credit card and then one day when i call them to cancle my policy they told me that you cant cancle the policy because the time period has gone and they deduct Rs.4096 from my credit card and now again they are going to deduct Rs.4096 from my credit card they just simply sms me that on 19/07/09 you wiil be charged Rs.4096 from your credit card. when i call them to cancle my policy they you should tell before 15 days .they just sms me yesterday how can i cancle the policy before 15 days. when i dont know when they will be charging me. i just dont want this policy i want to cancle my policy if consumer forum can help me and i want consumer forum to take some strong action againts such company. and help me to get out of this situation please help me
