WRONG DEBITED AMOUNT OF Rs 4000

I have atm of pnb a/c no. 0435020400642385

While I was using ATM OF ICICI BANK PALASA for transsection of amt 4000/- only but the same amount deducted & debited from my account on 05/10 .I called helpline 18001802222 OF THE PNB, BUT NO Complainet is been taken. So I request You to pls adjust the same amount ie Rs 4000/- and credited in my account. Thankyou
