Lost my ATM Debit card

I am Mr. Surendra singh Rawat customer of SBI Branch Rudraprayag Garhwal Uttaranchal,

lost my ATM Debit card no XXXX XXXX XXXX 3935 on 15/01/09 at 8:00pm .and my a/c no 11561354347.I tried several times the customer care nos 080-26599990 and 1800112211but i was busy all the time, so i couldn't inform them to block my card.

please block my card right now.
