my atm card was stolen and am put FIR and application for new atm card than bank maneger said to me, you came after 1 month than your application was forward for new atm card and he dont accpet my application for new atm my account no is 20261537833 and bank allahabad bank amu branch aligarh up india

please sir kindly tell me what am do i have too much need of atm card
