Money not came out but debited from a/c

Dear sir, on 23.10.08 at 19:16 i have tried for withdrawl of Rs 1000 from my a/c from HDFC bank in Rishikesh (ATm No S1ACHK01), BUT NO MONEY CAME OUT in Ist shot and on IInd time money came out but money debited twice. please trace for recovery of my money.
