ATM Card of Saving Accounts
Money debited but not received when withdrawing through ATM

I tried to withdraw money of Rs.15, 000=00 through my ATM card from my saving a/c no 004201022953.

I did not get the money in hand but a slip came stating that Rs.15, 000=00 has been debited from my Saving Accounts. ATM counter was situated at DumDum Road, Kolkata (s1cw5196).

I went to yr Lake Town Br. who simply shirked their responsibility by saying that I should contact customer care which inspite of repeated attempt, could not be contacted. Then I went to Salt Lake Branch where my account is. They arranged to contact customer care & I talked to them told them the above problem of non receipt of money.

Please see that my money is credited back to my account immediately.

I am having a Demat account with you & have a turn-over of Rs. one crore. Hence, I expect your special attention in this matter.
