On 12th November - thursday at 8.05 PM, I had tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. - from Yes bank ATM Counter at Sector-15 Faridabad. I inserted the ATM Card and completed all the related procedures. Before I could collect the money, money automatically went inside the ATM machine and message flashed on screen transaction completed. I opted to cancel the transition but the ATM card was also went inside the machine. Thereafter nothing could be done to get my ATM cum Debit card and money. Hence no cash received and neither the customer advise slip came from the machine. I have checked the account and found that Rs. 2000 has been debited to my account.
Request to please block my debit card and take up with Yes Bank for recovery of Rs. - and credit my account.
