Dear sir,

Yesterday I went to ATM booth for withdrawing cash. I give command of RS

15000/- & I got message unable to process but suddenly I check my A/C balance

I surprise that there was a debit entry of Rs 15000/- to my A/C.

So Kindly reverse the entry & deposit Rs 15000/- to my A/C.

I had attaqched both Transition slip to the application.
