Atm with debit card
Amount not drawn but debited from account

Respected Sir,

Yesterday (10 oct) I used bank of maharashtra debit card to through SBI ATM centre, attempted to withdraw Rs. - from the ATM of SBI in stellplant sector-2, visakhapatnam. In my first attempt, money did not come out and I have received the message on the screen that "Sorry unable to process". Then I tried for the second time and i get the same message. Then i tried for the third time

and i could get the money (). So the first and second attempt money Rs. 4000/- which did not come out but debited from the account needs to be restored. Please do the needful to restore Rs. 4000/-. The details of my account is:
