Undue delay in repairing the new set

The phone was given to the care centre for repairs and i was told that the same shall be delivered to me with in 15 days. though the time asked for was quite long as it difficult to live without phone, but still i agreed to it.

Now 15 days have passed and i went for collecting the set it was told to me that enquire after a week. this not fare. i request u to inteven and get my phone repared fast so that i am saved of mental agony.
