Callous Attitude

Sir,

This is in regards to Atul Gas Agency, 1, Janta Market, Rani Jhansi Road, New Delhi - 110055, Phones:23612800, 23532800; TIN: LC/033/07160005428/0376. I further state that:

1) They have two phone nos installed for the purpose of telebooking of gas cylinders, viz., 23612800, 23532800;

2) Either these phones are busy, or nobody answers the call;

3) If you approach them they always state that telephone lines are faulty;

4) If one goes to their shop at 1, Janta Market, Rani Jhansi Road, New Delhi - 110055, they keep a rough register and write the Gas Connection No, and the name of the consumer in it;

5) They seldom input the Gas Connection No, and the name of the consumer into the Computer directly;

6) Most of the times, one has to book the gas cylinder two three times to get delivery;

It is to be further stated that the above mentioned facts are true to best of my knowledge and belief, and I have been harassed by the said party many times, in a similar fashion.

It is further requested to the concerned authorities to take an corrective action immediately, and stop consumer harassment.
