Augustus Solutions a BPO nonvoice outsourcing company is a big cheater
We bought a project from them through a mediator (who was working as a consultant for augustus) named Ms. Rajya Lakshmi R/o Vidhyanagar she now works in Olive Hospital near mehdipatnam at the time of signup she has taken the sum of INR 19, 900 for PDF to MS Word conversion
She introduced person named Bharath Reddy Saragavi as the Proprietor of Augustus Solutions with phone number 9502147262, Shown his office in 301, Aditya Trade Center Ameerpet Hyderabad. The total upfront amount he said is 1, 50, 000 INR we paid the sum of INR 75, 000 for the process and the rest will be duducted in billings generated we started the work from January it went fine for a month he paid us the first bill of Rs 10, 056.00
Later on started saying stories like i am out of station ill be back in 15days then after ill pay
My sisters Srimantham i am busy on that work ill get back to you once i am free from this occasion-20 days
After that he started Negotiating that i can't pay all the amount right now ill settle the amount in installments give me some time this went for another 20 days but not paid a single pie
We went to Rajya lakshmi demanding our money from bharath Reddy Saragavi she played a big drama there and went saying that i am no where concern with you people saying a story that you people have bypassed me why should i interfere "What the Hell" She has taken money from us and she says you people have bypassed me
Later on we pressured him by meeting him daily in the office for the payments he went out saying i have a deal to finish - Went on for another 15days
His brother Vijay bhasker Saragavi Came into picture saying that they landed up with a huge loss with the project with of there clients & Vendors kindly give us some time to rectify and make the things smoother this went on for 65days
We went to there home as their office has been removed they shouted on us" What a Fun" they threating us saying that they will file a case against us
What Case: "We people came to rape his mother"
They kept on changing there numbers and we even left with no clue
through our resources we use to get there numbers
