Non payment for the service provided

This person ABBASS.MD @IN.COM addresses him self as a clint from Australia and had sent me a mail offering me a data conversion project worth approx 5.5LACS INR . after the complition of every 20% of the job complited i was accondingly supposed to receve the payments from the client. The so called client was regularly in touch in emails and had taken bank details from me. But its been over 5 months where he has delayed the payments. he has stopped replying to emails. last mail says data loss due to server crash.when a stinker mail was sent threatening him that this issue will be reported to cyber crime, he replys with appology asking to wait for fifteen days.its allmost three weeks and havent received any reply.if any body reading this complant is aware for this person pls contact the above mentioned E MAIL..
