I had applied loan against my Policy No. 180654666 on 17/05/09 at your Kota Branch (Branch no. 182) alongwith my original policy.

I have still not received the loan amount or my original policy.

On enquiring the status of my loan application, they have informed that the application and the original policy has been misplaced.

I need the loan amount urgently.

Please look into it.
