Refusing the customers to o to his destination

The is lot of problem faced at Andheri East out side the railway station for office goers.

First of all the roads are blocked due to metro rail work. Now in this road the auto drivers do not take us where we want to go .they just refuse. This happens from 9 to11in the morning, I request RTO to take action against the auto drivers and also request an traffic police to stand at that spot where the auto stops during this time to fine the auto drivers who refuse to take passengers to their destination.
