SIR,

i had a auto loan which has been fully paid with interest in january only. bank was supposed to send me NOC letters my post within 15days. it has been more than 4 months now and response from the call coordinators of ur bank was also not satisfactory.

kindly take my complaint into consideration and take the necessary steps.
