Frustration due to delayed delivery

My name is Sandesh Ghuge. I am from Nasik and I work with Zee News Ltd. in Mumbai. I had booked Swift VXI, Petrol, Azure Grey with Automotive Mfrs. Nasik on 12th October. I took a loan of 385000 from Axis Bank, Nasik. I did a down payment of 103087 on 12th October for Swift Vxi Petrol Azure Grey in one go just to ensure that I owuld get the delivery on Diwali. I was committed a delivery on 27th October which i did not get because of the colour issue. 27th October was Diwali. As everyone knows about the grandeur of Diwali festival, you can imagine the frustration of not getting the delivery on Diwali. Then I was committed a date of 10th November for the same. I did not get the delivery on that day as well. After that I was committed delivery on 16th October which is my dad's b'day. I was in full follow up with Automotive executives since friday 14th November for the same. Everytime I was told that the car is in transit... it will reach anytime. i went o their office on 16th November 5pm. Till that time no signs of car... I asked for the refund. During the process, plz note that my EMI of 12790 has already started from 1st November. Thus i was paying for the asset which i dont own. I ruined my dad's bday for no fault of mine. Automotive completely screwed up the entire day, feelings, emotions on Diwali as well as my Dad's bday. All my relatives, friends were under impression that I will get the car on Diwali or on my Dad's bday. nothing happened. Also during this whole process me and my brother (who works in Pune) need to come down to Nasik every now and then. Who is gonna pay for those efforts and expenses now? As it was already past 15th November, as per the bank norms entire 12790 was charged to me. So I asked for the refund amount of 103087 12790. I was given a cheque of 103087, but not 12790. Even today I dont have the cheque for 12790. Now I have few questions for Maruti -

Is this called as customer service?

Is this how you treat your customers especially in such a period of recession when everyone is so skeptical about releasing any sort of money?

I gave 103087 in one go. No small token, nothing... Direct 103087.

If i go to get the car from a different vendor who will pay for additional bank charges that Axis will charge me for?

How do you evaluate the emotional loss of me and my family?

What sort of compensation should I ask for?

How? When? Why? I am totally mind fucked. Please dont mind my words, but its true.

I had a very good impression about Maruti. All my relatives own Maruti vehicles. So i wished for the same. Is this my mistake?
