With refernce to the subject above; It is stated that Ihave deposited
Fixed amount in your company amounting Rs10000/-as detailed.
(1) F.D.R No-J/190, dt3.02.97 (Non cumulative)
(2) Period&Amount -3.02.07-2.02.00, 36 month, Rs10000/, 15/ monthly compounded
You have issued amount on maturity as detailed.
Cheque no 717477, dt. 02/02, Rs10000/ S.B.I, Jaipur.
Unfortunately the cheque returned by Br manager, Malaviya-nagar, Jaipur, with remark of “ un sufficient fund”similarly, intrest warrants from period 01/10/98 to 02/02 were also dishonored by bank and were submitted to your office on 01/06/99 for issuing of bankers cheque, but same is not issued till date.
Even after repeated request you have not refunded the Fix deposit amount
You are requested to refund amount as detailed below without further delay.
(1) Principle amount F.D 10000/-
(2) 15% gross intrest from 01/10/98-02/02 which is not paid by your company 2033 /-
(3) 18% gross intrest for 8 years which is not paid by your company total Rs 17328/
