KA01 A 2666 auto driver driving very rashly and fighting with the public for the mistake he has done which is creating accidents. He is using bad language to the public fighting in the public. He is acting as a rowdy. He should be punished taking more money then the actual meter rate by creating problem to the people. He doesn't behave properly even he is driving rashly which leads for other vehicles to meet accidents. I think he is drinking and driving.
